Over 20 years in Corporate and Investment Banking. Originated over US$ 30 billion of capital across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the USA at leading institutions, such as Citigroup, Banco Santander, Société Générale, and ICBC – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

Over 25 years of experience living and working in Central & Eastern Europe, including as senior counsel in a global law firm with a focus on commercial and real estate law, in addition to serving in senior management positions in several privately held European investment funds and residential development companies.

Over 20 years of experience advising business entities, including roles at VIG Legal Office and Kuczek Maruta Legal Counsel’s Office. Former Head of Legal Department in Poland for DHL. Specialises in legal advisory for real estate transactions, construction projects, establishment and operation of commercial companies services.

Background in government administration, European organization structures, cooperation with chambers of entrepreneurs, small and large businesses.
Kamila Grochala

Over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, including roles in sales and credit risk analysis divisions within both commercial and cooperative banks in Poland, such as Raiffeisen, Idea bank, WBS. Specialized in debt advisory and transactional banking services.
