Over 25 years of experience, including over 20 years in Corporate and Investment Banking at leading institutions, such as Citigroup, Banco Santander, Société Générale, and ICBC – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Experienced in Business Development, deal origination, financial consulting services across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the USA.
Paul B Fogo
Partner Legal & Corporate Affairs
Graduated from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. and the University of Virginia.
Over 25 years of experience living and working in Central & Eastern Europe, including as senior counsel in a global law firm with a focus on commercial and real estate law, in addition to serving in senior management positions in several privately held European investment funds and residential development companies.
Kamila Grochala
Partner Banking
Graduated from the Radom Academy of Economics in accounting and management and from the Private College of Environmental Protection.
Over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, including roles in sales and credit risk analysis divisions within both commercial and cooperative banks in Poland, such as Raiffeisen, Idea bank, WBS. Specialized in debt advisory and transactional banking services.
Aleksandra Fraczek Partner Legal Counsel & Corporate Strategy
Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. Attorney, member of the Warsaw Chamber of Advocates.
Council member of the Foundation of the Polish Promotional Emblem “Teraz Polska” (Now Poland)–foundation promoting Poland’s image and economy domestically and internationally. Background in government administration, European organization structures, cooperation with chambers of entrepreneurs, small and large businesses.
